Fresh Crab has a superior taste and texture, and should be enjoyed hot, right out of the oven.
Preheat the oven to 325 °F. Wrap the fresh crab legs in aluminum foil, bundling up to 2lb in one pouch of foil, sealing them securely.
Place the pouches of crab legs on a sheet pan, and put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
While crab is heating, melt butter and prepare any other sides, and place them on the table.
Bring the crab to the table and serve it in its aluminum pouch to keep in the heat. Enjoy!
