I was a member of the card-based Standard Market Loyalty program. Do I have to sign up again?
Yes. You will no longer receive coupons via email. Instead, everything is available on the Loyalty App. It’ll take only about a minute to sign up, and you’ll receive a $5 coupon to get you started.
I lost my old Standard Market Loyalty card. What is my Loyalty number?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit Customer Service next time you shop, and we’ll look it up for you. Your loyalty number may also be at the top of your most recent receipts (hint: it’s a number starting with 4692).
What if multiple people in my household shop at Standard Market? Can we share the same Loyalty account?
For now, if you want your points to combine you must use the same login and password on each smartphone. We are working on developing “family” type accounts in a future release.
Why is the Loyalty App telling me that the number on my existing loyalty card cannot be registered?
Make sure someone else in your household hasn’t already registered your existing loyalty number with the Loyalty App. For now, if you want your points to combine you must use the same login and password on each smartphone.
What happens to all the points & punches that I earned previously?
You will receive all the coupons and rewards you have earned once you download and sign up for the Loyalty App. Under the previous program, point totals would reset monthly. From May 1, 2016, onward points earned will accumulate until redeemed.
Will I continue to earn points if I have been presenting my card but haven’t registered/downloaded the Loyalty App yet?
Yes. You will receive all the coupons and rewards you have earned once you download and sign up for the Loyalty App, regardless of how long it takes for you to sign up.
If I have multiple existing loyalty cards, can I link my accounts?
In the Loyalty App, click “Link Loyalty Number” and you can add all the loyalty card numbers associated with your account. Your balances will combine.
I clicked “tap here at checkout” with coupons in my shopping cart. Now the coupons show as “pending” and are not be scannable.
If you used the coupon, it will disappear the next day. If you have not scanned the coupon within 1 hour of tapping “tap here at checkout,” the coupon will re-appear for you to use the next day.
Where are my points for my spending at Standard Market Grill/The CUBE/Standard Tacos & Margaritas?
Due to technical limitations, your points for restaurant dining are synced only every 7–10 business days. As long as you present the Loyalty App at the register, you should receive credit for your spending.
I do not have smartphone. Can I still earn rewards and check on the status of my account?
Yes, you can log in at http://loyalty.standardmarket.com. There you can also print coupons for rewards that you have earned.
I am missing points for my purchases.
