HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
West Coast Sole
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic lid and place foil over container. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until heated throughout.
Microwave oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over container. Heat on high for 2–3 minutes.

Baby Carrots & Asparagus

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic lid and place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until heated throughout.
Microwave oven: Remove plastic lid. Heat on high for 2–3 minutes.
 
What’s For Dinner Tonight containers are oven- and microwave-safe, up to 30 minutes at 400°F. Cook times may vary based on equipment used. Always place on a sheet pan in the oven.
