Instructions
Skewers
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove plastic lid and place aluminum foil over container. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until heated throughout. Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high 4 minutes, or until heated through.

Rice
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove plastic lid and place aluminum foil over container. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes, stirring halfway, or until heated throughout. Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Asparagus
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove plastic lid and place aluminum foil over container. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until heated throughout. Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high 3 minutes, or until heated throughout.

What’s For Dinner Tonight containers are oven- and microwave-safe, up to 30 minutes at 400°F. Cook times may vary based on equipment used. Always place on a sheet pan in the oven.
