Instructions
Shrimp
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove plastic lid and place foil over container. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 13-18 minutes or until heated throughout. Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high 3 minutes, or until heated through.

Rice
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove plastic lid and place aluminum foil on the top. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes, stirring halfway, or until heated through. Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Beans
Stove-top: Place beans in a pot. Heat over medium high heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Corn Tortillas
Stove-top: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat. One tortilla at a time, place it in the pan. After 10-15 seconds flip it over. Repeat on the other side. Microwave Oven: Wrap tortillas in paper towels and heat for 1 minute, The tortillas should be soft and pliable.

What’s For Dinner Tonight containers are oven- and microwave-safe, up to 30 minutes at 400°F. Cook times may vary based on equipment used. Always place on a sheet pan in the oven.
