Wednesday: Braised Country Style Pork Ribs
Pork Jus
Tangy Apple Bacon Red Cabbage
Crispy Red Potatoes

Instructions
Pork
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove plastic lid and place foil over container. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until heated throughout.
Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high for 4 minutes, or until heated through.

Pork Jus
Remove from container and place in a sauce pan. Heat over medium high heat until simmering.

Cabbage
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove plastic lid and place aluminum foil over the top. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes, stirring halfway, or until heated through.
Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Potatoes
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove plastic lid. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 16-19 minutes, stirring halfway, or until heated through.
Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high for 4 minutes, or until heated through.

What’s For Dinner Tonight containers are oven- and microwave-safe, up to 30 minutes at 400°F. Cook times may vary based on equipment used. Always place on a sheet pan in the oven.
