SATURDAY: Latin-Style Dry-Rubbed Flank Steak with Tomato Corn Salsa, Queso Fundido, Flour Tortillas, and Chile Fudge Brownies
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic lid and place foil over container. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until heated throughout.
Microwave oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over container. Heat on high for 1½–3 minutes.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic lid and place foil over container. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbling.
Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid. Cook on high for 2 minutes, stir, and cook for additional 1 minute. Microwave wrapped tortillas for 20 seconds. Scoop a generous helping of the melted fundido into the center of the tortilla and wrap.
What’s For Dinner Tonight containers are oven- and microwave-safe, up to 30 minutes at 400°F. Cook times may vary based on equipment used. Always place on a sheet pan in the oven.
