Instructions
Salmon
Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove plastic lid and place foil over container. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 16–20 minutes or until heated throughout.
Microwave oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high for 4 minutes, or until heated through.

Sauce
Remove from container and place in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until just warm, stirring frequently.

Rice
Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove plastic lid and place aluminum foil over the top. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 15–18 minutes, stirring halfway, or until heated through. Microwave oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Vegetables
Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove plastic lid and place foil over container. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until heated throughout.
Microwave oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high for 3 minutes, or until heated through.

What’s For Dinner Tonight containers are oven- and microwave-safe, up to 30 minutes at 400°F. Cook times may vary based on equipment used. Always place on a sheet pan in the oven.
