Food and beverage minimums are listed here, before tax and gratuity. There is no separate charge to rent the space unless the minimum is not met. Tax and a 20% gratuity will be added to your bill at the end of your event.
The CUBE (Wine & Beer Bar)
Private Party Rental
— Includes the entire CUBE (all tables and bar area)
— $2,800 minimum for weekdays and Sundays
— $4,000 minimum for Fridays and Saturdays

— Westmont: 30 guests indoors; 60 guests with patio use (weather permitting)
Wine & Cheese Pairing (exempt from $2,800 minimum)
— Guided by one of our wine & cheese experts
— Includes a tasting for four cheeses and four wines
— Available Sunday–Wednesday only
— $50/person (4 person minimum)
— Additional wine & cheese is $10/person per pairing
Standard Market Grill
A full rent-out of Standard Market Grill is available for weekday breakfast only (7–10am). For all other times, either the patio (weather permitting) or the fireplace room can be rented out.

— Weekdays: $500 minimum for 2 hours, $200/hour after 2 hours
— Saturday & Sunday: $1,000 minimum for 2 hours, $300/hour after 2 hours

Fireplace Room
— Weekdays: $500 minimum for 2 hours, $200/hour after 2 hours
