FRIDAY: Baked Thai Salmon

Instructions
Baked Thai Salmon
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400° F. Remove plastic lid and place foil over container. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until heated throughout.
Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high 3-6 minutes or until heated throughout.

Brown Rice Quinoa
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400° F. Remove plastic lid and place aluminum foil on the top. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until heated through.
Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Charred Cauliflower
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400° F. Remove plastic lid and place foil over container. Place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until heated throughout.
Microwave Oven: Remove plastic lid and place plastic wrap over the container. Heat on high 4-6 minutes or until heated throughout.

What’s For Dinner Tonight containers are oven- and microwave-safe, up to 30 minutes at 400°F. Cook times may vary based on equipment used. Always place on a sheet pan in the oven.
