SWELLS: A blend of midwest malted barley with a heavy focus on orange pulpy simcoe with support from lemony centennial and a little bit of tropical forward citra in the kettle. straw colored, with just enough sweetness to balance the bitterness.

FRESH HOP SWELLS: A blend of midwest malted barley with a heavy focus on orange pulpy Simcoe with support from lemony centennial and a little bit of tropical forward citra in the kettle. Straw colored, with just enough sweetness to balance the bitterness. 6.5% ABV

DOUBLE SWELLS: Swells, but turned all the way up. Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial anchored by a touch of Nelson, adding a layer of bright tropical fruit and white grape that opens the whole thing up. 8% with a bigger body to carry it, but with the same dry finish. This one's for Swells Week only.
